GRSi Founder and CEO Named Woman of the Month

 "Our February Woman of the Month Shines in Golf and Business - Deborah Grove founded Grove Resource solutions, Inc. (GRSi), a systems engineering and IT services provider, in 2000.Today GRSi is a thriving member of the defense industry.
As founder of a privately-held, woman-owned business, Ms. Grove has been a devoted advocate of women in business and she is on the board of advisers for BB&T. In her 30-year career in defense contracting, she has been recognized for her commitment to empowering others and has mentored other women starting out in the business community. Recently, Deborah brought together members in her community to start a "Women in Defense" (WID) chapter in Frederick, MD. Today, the Frederick WID chapter is thriving and continues to add new members and foster new opportunities.
Deborah is an avid golf enthusiast and especially enjoys playing in charity golf tournaments throughout the year. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Mount Saint Mary's College and her Master of Science degree from Hood College in Frederick. Deborah comes from a military family, was born in Great Lakes, Illinois, and currently resides in Frederick, Maryland. She is married to Larry Grove and has two children and two charming grandsons."
