The founder and CEO of Grove Resource Solutions, Inc. 
Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer launched GRSi nearly a decade ago. Fueled by her passion for excellence and entrepreneurial spirit, the company quickly developed a momentum for growth that has continued year after year.   

Previously, she was the President of Old Dominion Systems, Inc. a professional services IT firm, located in Gaithersburg, Maryland where she introduced the concept of outsourcing the company’s professional staff and built it into a major revenue center for 25 years prior to starting her own business. Deborah was responsible for all information technology support as well as the process and performance improvement services within the company.  She brought together all IT project management, development, quality engineering and IT-related business-process reengineering functions necessary to create, develop and deliver end-to-end business solutions.  

She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland and her Master of Science degree from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
